Meet Stephanie Montes

Provider Relations is excited to introduce the newest member of our team, Stephanie Montes, Provider Relations Specialist. Stephanie joined GeoBlue in July 2022 after graduating from La Salle University in May. She is also currently enrolled for her MBA. Stephanie is fluent in English and Spanish. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family, working out at the gym, going to parks and reading. Welcome Stephanie!

Introducing Hospital da Luz Group

Luz Saúde, established in 2000, is one of the largest healthcare groups in Portugal and a reference in medical technology and innovation. Luz Saúde owns the Hospital da Luz network with 27 multispecialty clinics and hospitals with urgent care, including Hospital da Luz Lisboa, the biggest private hospital in the country. All locations are part of GeoBlue’s provider network. The group offers International Patient Services (IPS) to service international patients and payments. It also offers services and resources for non-Portuguese speakers including a language bank, translations, communication support booklets, preferred language in the patient file, training for new staff about support for international clients, a full website in English and a patient portal app (My Luz) in English.

New services include:

Luz24, a free 24/7 nursing triage telephone line, used for advice or referrals
Video consultation services in over 40 specialties
